Virtue at the Pointe offers residential treatment for patients struggling with addictions to alcohol, illegal drugs, and prescription medications. Every treatment program is completely customized, making it important for each patient to undergo a systematic admissions process. To begin the process, call (866) 377-4409 or fill out the online contact form to request a free assessment with a licensed clinician.
Once you request an assessment, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with an admissions coordinator – a staff member responsible for gathering information about your addiction and answering questions about the treatment options available at Virtue at the Pointe. If you have health insurance, the admissions coordinator will verify your benefits and determine how much coverage is available through your insurance provider. If you’re a self-pay patient, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss several payment options.
The next step in the process is a call with a licensed clinician, the person responsible for determining if our residential treatment program is a good fit for your needs. During this conversation, you’ll be able to schedule an admission date and learn more about the intake process. To ensure you have everything you need when you arrive, you’ll receive a list of items to pack before you come to Virtue at the Pointe.
On admission day, you’ll undergo a thorough assessment to determine what services you need to help you overcome your addiction. During the assessment, our clinicians will determine if you need to be treated for any underlying mental health disorders, including depression, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Using the information gathered during the assessment, our team will develop a customized treatment plan to help you start your recovery.
